Classical Indian musician and vocalist, residing in
Trondheim. She also brings with her two guest musicians,
Athisaiyan Suresh pto violin and Suntharamoorthy Kanesan
at Mridangam (South Indian percussion).
Filah Tuju (Kenya)
Philip 'filah’ Tuju has been a singer and music producer in over 17 year.
The music his is a fusion of Kenyan folk tunes and expression,
fused with modern singing styles. He brings with him guest musicians,
and it will be both African flutes and percussion mixed with guitar, bass and keyboard.
Habibiz (Norway / Syria / Iraq)
Habibiz is known for creating a great atmosphere at their concerts, with oriental songs from the whole Arab world.
It quickly gets lively on the dance floor when Bergen's only 100 % Arabic band playing!

Unganisha is a musical encounter between a traditional musician from Kenya,
Labdi Ommes and an experimental electronic artist from Norway,
Bernt Isak Wærstad. They are constantly looking for new mergers of East African
music, western art music and electronic club music.

Unganisha is a musical encounter between a traditional musician from Kenya,

Eletric Jalaba (Morocco / England)
A deep psychedelic & groove-heavy encounter between it
Moroccan Gnawa champion Simo Lagnawi, the Italian
drummer Dave De Rose and three musical brothers from
Great Britain; Henry, Oliver and Barnaby Keen.
Busi Ncube m / band (Zimbabwe / Oslo)
Busi Ncube lives in Oslo and is one of Zimbabwe's foremost artists
and ambassador for the country's musical traditions. She's coming
fwool band, with music that mixes traditional music from Zimbabwe,
South African popular music, jazz, rock and funk!

Majhul (Bergen / Syria)
The Syrian oud player and singer, Nawar Alnaddaf,
has teamed up with four Bergen musicians,
and together they make a fusion of Western and Arabic / Syrian music.
Aquatic & Kechou (Ghana / Oslo & Berlin)
Neo-soul meets reggae and hip hop through soulful vocals and
advanced live looping. Kechou and Akuvi explore theirs
multicultural identities through sounds that reflect the urban
Africa and draws inspiration from American hip hop.
Gipsydelica (Bulgaria/England)
Gipsydelica is a Balkan psychedelic ethno-rock infusion,
which combines original songs with forgotten gems from it
Balkan Folk Music Treasury.
A band with deep roots and wild visions!
A shame (Poland)
Punk rock meets street people, when these four musicians
from Krakow takes us back to a turbulent era
in Poland in the thirties. The band uses works by celebrities
Polish poets and contemporary instruments – banjo,
tuba, accordion and clarinet. Fireworks!
